About Jo-Ann

With a background in Business and Computer Science, Jo-Ann began her career working for numerous companies in their Accounting and computer support departments .

While raising three children, she began her own independent computer training and support career helping many small business and individuals. Having also worked for several local tech support businesses, she furthered her knowledge and skill level of hardware, software and teaching.  

Jo-Ann enjoys kayaking, bike riding, gardening and the cryptocurrency world.
